Several decades of dealing with the topic of the best possible leadership and cooperation in organizations have taught me at least one thing: without fundamental curiosity and the willingness to question one's own opinions and convictions, one is quickly in danger of becoming isolated in one's own bubble and preaching to the converted.
Permanent - and often challenging - communication with colleagues and customers is therefore not only indispensable to me, I also enjoy it. And I suspect that if I didn’t, some things probably wouldn't work as well as they do.
