I like to set things in motion that should actually move freely, but have somehow become stuck. The basis for this process is a solid foundation of knowledge from a wide variety of fields such as communication, psychology, philosophy, but also business and technology.
My own agility is also vital to me. I maintain my physical agility by doing a lot of sports and hiking in the mountains, and my mental agility by interacting with interesting people and by constantly studying and educating myself.
As a human resources manager in my own family-run industrial company, I am confronted with all kinds of economic, technical and social challenges on a daily basis: I know how remote theory and practice often are from one another and yet how easy solutions can be to grasp if you are open and ready for them. I approach most things in life with cheerfulness and laughter, because it is not the crises and challenges themselves that make life difficult for us, but our attitude and the way we deal with them.
