I am influenced by different perspectives: on the one hand, the analytical approach that comes from many years of working in the automotive industry and strategy consulting, and on the other hand, the people-oriented and systemic perspective from more than 20 years in change consulting. Finding feasible solutions for the complex challenges of my clients is what drives and inspires me.
