At the heart of my work is my personal realization that I want to dissolve my thinking barriers, that I want to say goodbye to right-wrong thinking, and that through all my actions my inner attitude resonates. We work with people and therefore with a wealth of perspectives that are worth exploring and acknowledging. For me, a good training means the realization of wanting and being able to do things differently afterwards, to confidently take the lead.

My strength is to work in a personality-oriented way, to create a trusting framework together with people, which makes reflection and impulses for change possible. And my many years of professional experience as a manager in the logistics industry, in my own family business, and the necessary humor are always part of it.
