Judit Bárány
„There is no organizational effectiveness without good collaboration.“
I work with energy, passion, and a strong drive to make an impact. I believe that real development depends not only on tools and methods, but also on the mindset we convey along the way. That is why, in my work, transmitting values is just as important to me as delivering knowledge that can be applied in practice.
As a trainer, the “AHA moment” is especially important to me: those instances when participants gain a new perspective on their own behavior and on each other. My mission is to help people better understand one another’s ways of thinking and underlying motivations, so they can collaborate more openly and effectively. To shed light on the roots of differences, I often draw on the DISC typology and insights from generational research. In this latter field, I am the author of the book “Generational Chaos?”, written for leaders and HR professionals.
I deliberately started my career in HR, where my interest in psychology naturally met my systemic, rational way of thinking. This dual focus—deep understanding of human behavior and structured problem-solving—has defined my professional approach ever since. I have more than 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. I have worked in recruitment, served as an HR leader, and contributed to the education of future professionals as a university lecturer.
