As a consultant, I have spent many years examining the question of how managers and teams learn and develop. I work as a development facilitator in individual coaching, development centers and training programs for high potentials and young leaders, combining personal and system qualification in order to inspire the individual and the organization and to be a good sparring partner for both.

As a native English speaker, I work primarily in an international and intercultural environment and provide consultation services for managers with international, English-speaking teams and organizations in processes of internationalization and the development of corporate culture.
