My professional life is characterized by constant change and learning processes. From an apprenticeship as a bank clerk to a degree in Business Administration to self-employment as a diving instructor in Thailand, my path ultimately led me to the field of further education, which has been my occupation and my focus for more than 10 years now.

My varied roles - as an employee, a manager and an employer - have taught me to look at things from every angle and to act accordingly. This is also what led to me acquiring the philosophy that success is achieved by looking at the big picture.

Based on this knowledge, I support specialists and executives during consulting processes in order to generate optimal use of their competencies and optimal benefit for the company. Human resources development programs need to be carefully planned, implemented and evaluated. And this is precisely the essence of my work as a consultant and project lead at 5P.
