I was born in Vienna and come from an old Austrian family—hence my name.

My career path took me through psychology, computer science, and business administration, initially leading me to senior leadership positions. As a manager at Greenpeace, I had the opportunity to help make our world a little more livable. That time shaped me—both professionally and personally.

Later, I specialized in organizational and human resources development, coaching, and supervision. For many years, I’ve been helping people develop their strengths, gain clarity, and effectively harness their potential.
I work with executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals who wish to grow personally or professionally. Together, we develop solutions tailored to you, your goals, and your personality—practical, respectful, and sustainable.

I am convinced that when people grow, not only do they benefit, but so does their environment. Every successful development makes organizations more successful, improves relationships, and makes our world a little more human.
