Since co-founding 5P Consulting in 2003, it has been my mission to combine practical, proven tools with theory-based models in a meaningful way. In doing so, I draw on my wide-ranging interests and many years of experience in the field of leadership and talent development as well as my expertise gained in the academic field.

As a consultant, trainer and coach, I consider it my role to stimulate inspiration for new ideas and solutions in a joint dialog with our clients.
