My experience-oriented outdoor training sessions take teams out of their everyday lives - and into nature. 

Away from familiar patterns, space is created for new perspectives, trust-based connections and shared growth. 

I use storytelling, tailor-made experiences and proven team dynamics approaches to create intensive, inspiring settings for team development. Whether quiet mindfulness or powerful challenges - every training session is unique, just like the teams themselves.

As a mountain rescuer, alpinist and adventurer, I have extensive experience and a passion for supporting teams in their development and helping them to surpass themselves. I support them in developing resilience and dealing confidently with challenges and changes.
