Projects are living systems – with their own dynamics, their own tensions, their own rhythm. I support people in bringing greater clarity, composure and a sense of connection to their projects. A client once called me a ‘project midwife’ – and the name has stuck ever since.
Depending on the situation, I take on different roles: as a consultant, I bring structure to complex projects. As a trainer, I make methods tangible that really work in everyday life. As a systemic coach and mediator, I work with the dynamics underlying the factual issues.

My areas of expertise: project management (agile and traditional), strategy implementation using OKR, lateral leadership and mediation.
