Understanding each other is the basis for connection, for development and for achieving goals!

My mission is to help initiate a transformation in companies that produces sustainable solutions and at the same time teaches how to deal with the undefined. This is achieved by combining different disciplines, e.g. sociology, business administration and systemics. My passion is to apply these in politics and society as well as within companies and to combine them at the same time instead of looking at them separately.

Beyond the disciplines, I know how valuable the combination of Western knowledge and Eastern wisdom can be for integral processes, especially in an international context.
