My way of working is based on a conscious decision in favor of a complex view of humanity, which regards every person - loosely based on Viktor Frankl - as a free, meaningful and responsible being, fundamentally good and part of the greater whole.
For 20 years I have been working on emergence, behavior, psychodynamics, leadership and strategic personnel management. I ask myself how good work “works” and what it has to do with entrepreneurial success.
