With a background in studies of art, philosophy and education in Düsseldorf and Münster, I now work as a coach and organizational developer. My work is based on a wide range of advanced training courses in the fields of systemic consulting, personal development and mediation.

I coach individuals and companies from a wide range of industries and structures - for example, sole proprietors, family-owned companies and corporate groups. The central themes of my work are innovation, competence development and change processes.
