I have been working as an HR manager and coach for many years with people who have to operate successfully in a wide variety of conflicting fields: Team / leader, private life / professional world, me / and others, company success / personal values and other conflicting goals.

Helping people through coaching to find good solutions in order to go their own way in these conflicting areas is something that I enjoy very much. It is always exciting to see how new perspectives and thus often new possibilities emerge. My own experience as a manager, but also as a "neutral authority" often helps me here. Working on and with organizations and teams is part of my everyday professional life.
