I have been working for 16 years as a trainer, organizational development consultant, and coach. I design and lead development programs and team coaching processes across different organizational levels. I focus on developing capabilities that help clarify how people and teams operate, and support them in working through difficult situations.

I most often work with complex leadership situations, where blockages do not necessarily appear as open conflicts—the real issues tend to surface in avoided topics, reframed decisions, and recurring patterns. In these cases, everything is “well explained,” and precisely because of that, meaningful progress does not happen. The underlying patterns are usually easier to understand than to articulate and process together.

In my experience, the greatest energy lies in the topics we simultaneously want and do not want to talk about. I support teams in bringing clarity to these patterns.
As a result, decision-making becomes clearer, collaboration more effective, and changes more sustainably embedded. My focus is on enabling clear ways of working and supporting sustainable organizational evolution.
