My perspective, developed from my own experiences, from my practice as a trainer and from my work as a consultant and scrum master in the course of extensive transformation processes, is characterized by agile approaches. Development measures, in my opinion, are most successful when the focus is on the experience and self-reflection of the participants and these are supplemented by a few, but targeted, theoretical inputs.
