Culture & Employee Experience

  • How do employees experience leadership, collaboration and culture in their day-to-day work, and what cultural strengths or areas for development emerge from this?
  • Which values, behaviours and leadership principles should shape the organisation in future and support the corporate strategy?
  • How can we successfully embed the desired culture in leadership, processes, decision-making and the employee experience in the long term?
  • How can we tell that culture, leadership and the employee experience are developing successfully?

Our approach

Together with our clients, we shape the key drivers of cultural development – from leadership and collaboration, through values and behaviours, to employee experiences (‘moments that matter’). In this way, we lay the foundations for a culture that supports the corporate strategy and fosters identification, engagement and performance.
In doing so, we highlight how employees experience the organisation, leadership and collaboration, and develop a shared understanding of the values, behaviours and leadership principles that should shape the organisation in the future. Together, we design concrete measures to embed the desired culture in day-to-day working life and create an employee experience that brings the culture to life for employees.

Bringing culture to life

A strong corporate culture provides direction, strengthens collaboration and forms an important foundation for sustainable business success. At the same time, the employee experience determines how staff actually perceive their work, their leadership and their organisation.
Together with our clients, we examine cultural strengths, areas for development and formative employee experiences. Building on this, we identify the levers that can be used to strengthen the culture in a targeted manner and effectively embed it in day-to-day working life.

In doing so, we examine culture and the employee experience from the perspectives of management, leaders and employees. On this basis, we develop concrete measures within leadership, communication and HR processes, design formative employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle, and create the conditions for desired behaviours to become visible and tangible in everyday life.

This creates a corporate culture that is not merely defined on paper, but genuinely lived in everyday practice – while at the same time strengthening the organisation’s long-term attractiveness as an employer.
Our services range from analysing the existing corporate culture, through developing shared values and leadership principles, to designing a holistic employee experience.

How we support you

Employee Experience

A positive employee experience is shaped throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Together, we analyse and design the key touchpoints between employees and the organisation – from recruitment and onboarding, through development and collaboration, to offboarding. This creates consistent employee experiences that sustainably boost motivation, retention and performance.

Corporate Culture Analysis

A thorough cultural analysis provides transparency regarding the organisation’s actual culture. Together, we analyse values, typical behaviours, patterns of collaboration and leadership, and their impact on the organisation. This reveals cultural strengths, areas for development and the need for change, and creates a solid foundation for further cultural development.

Values and Cultural Development

Together, we develop values and desired behaviours that provide guidance for managers and staff. In doing so, we encourage reflection on the company’s values and their significance for day-to-day collaboration. This fosters a corporate culture that strengthens a sense of belonging, facilitates decision-making and supports the corporate strategy.

Leadership Principles

Leadership shapes corporate culture every day. Together, we develop Leadership Principles that provide managers with guidance on decision-making, collaboration and leadership behaviour. They establish a shared understanding of leadership and help to consistently embed the desired values and behaviours into day-to-day leadership practice.
