Cultural analysis and development

  • What drives our collaboration beneath the surface?
  • What can we say – and what remains unsaid?
  • Why do surveys and models fall short in our case?
  • And how do findings actually translate into change in our day-to-day work?

Collaborative culture is revealed in what can be said – and in what remains unspoken. Our narrative cultural analysis reads between the lines: AI-supported, in-depth, and experienced in a playful way. In focus groups and anonymous AI dialogues, your team describes what collaboration really feels like – this results in a report in which your team recognises itself, even in the areas where it would otherwise prefer to look the other way, and which effectively enables development.

Our four-step approach – four steps, one narrative arc:

1 · Listen

Clarifying the brief & narrative AI analysis. We clarify the brief and expectations with you – and then we listen. No questionnaires, no ticking boxes, just an organisational psychology analysis of everyday stories. Afterwards, you'll have: raw material rather than guesswork – a qualitative, anonymised treasure trove of data on what drives your collaboration culture beneath the surface.

2 · Understand

Findings & co-design. From the material, we derive hypotheses about deeply ingrained collaboration patterns – strengths and pitfalls, at both team and individual levels – presented in a clear report. You'll then have: a set of findings in which your team recognises itself, and a jointly developed concept that tackles the root causes.

3 · Challenge

Workshop & Realplay. Now things come to life: Realplay, improv, World Café, Open Space, Fishbowl, nature and experiential learning – concepts and models used only where they're truly useful. No role-play, just working with real-life material. Afterwards, you'll have: metaphors and images you've developed yourselves, which identify old patterns and create a shared framework for change.

4 · Transform

Culture Hacks & Peer Supervision. Culture Hack Sprints, peer case consultations and AI-supported transfer dialogues transform insights into new habits. We hand over responsibility, step by step, to where it belongs: the team. This fosters autonomy, ownership and commitment – rather than dependence on external support. By the end, you'll have: agreements, rituals and formats that will remain long after we've gone.
Give your team back its story.
