LeadershipNOW – Presence & Effectiveness
- When was the last time I, as a leader, was fully present?
- And how does that feel? Focus – focus – focus – or, every now and then, a broad, neutral awareness?
- How do we remain open to developments and events that require us to rethink our approach? – and when do we allow ourselves enough space to do so?
The new world of work offers flexibility and scope for self-fulfilment – but it also presents us with challenges: tried-and-tested structures and certainties are breaking down. To remain capable of taking action amidst change, we need guidance from within.
Those who free themselves from external pressures and strengthen their inner compass make clearer decisions and act more effectively – for themselves, their team and the entire organisation.
LeadershipNOW
This training empowers leaders and change-makers to cultivate genuine presence. You will learn to make decisions free from fear of loss or rigid patterns of thought – directly from the here and now.
Harnessing times of upheaval for innovation can be a strengthening process for the leadership team. Based on the Zurich Resource Model (ZRM®), we work intensively on your inner alignment and personal effectiveness.
NOW – TO – GO!

The LeadershipNOW methodology
1. NOW: Presence & Clarity
Perceiving what is happening right now. Becoming aware of the current situation without bias, free from ingrained patterns of judgement. Those who are anchored in the here and now create the conditions for genuine orientation.
2. TO: Decision & Direction.
Making a purposeful choice about the direction of the journey. The transition from neutral perception to purposeful action requires a decision. A choice made in the present moment. Do not repeat the past; do not act out of fear of the future. Instead, after careful consideration and with a clear perspective, choose the right path
3. GO: Focus & Implementation
Act with full determination. Decisions made are put into practice with clear commitment and focus: consistently, purposefully and without hesitation.
Without perceiving the moment precisely and acknowledging it neutrally for the time being, it is impossible to shape the future in an inspired way. Particularly in times of transformation, upheaval and change at various levels, we run the risk of clinging to outdated certainties and fears.
Neuroscience and motivation research provide solid evidence of what holds us back – and how we can regain our focus on what is essential for us and our organisation. We analyse your personal self-management skills, identify areas of disruption and activate untapped resources to help you achieve your goals.
Approach
A typical LeadershipNOW journey consists of 3 days – a 2-day workshop and a ‘Stay tuned’ follow-up day (taking place approximately 4–6 weeks later), as well as 1–2 individual coaching sessions per participant.
We design a program tailored to your individual or organisation-specific prior knowledge and expectations.
