„Nobody ever figures out what life is all about, and it doesn't matter. Explore the world. Nearly everything is really interesting if you go into it deeply enough.“
Richard FeynmanI have been working with people and groups for more than twenty years – as a teacher, a leader, and today as a trainer and coach. While my roles have changed over the years, curiosity has remained a constant throughout my career: I enjoy understanding the underlying mechanisms, identifying patterns, and finding opportunities for change.
I value good questions over ready-made answers and look for solutions that work in practice. It is important to me that our work together does not stop at insights: I believe it creates real value when it leads to tangible change - in a decision, a leader’s approach, a team’s dynamics, or the day-to-day practices of an organization.
I bring structured thinking, empathy, professional curiosity and – whenever possible – a sense of humour.
