My love of languages and discovering corporate cultures led me to work in a wide variety of industries after completing my training in administration and management. Precisely these experiences, which shaped the way I understand quality in customer service, are now fundamental to my work in consulting. I am thus able to structure and design comprehensive projects in a sustainable manner, to ensure a high degree of team spirit and to develop sustainable collaborative ventures.

A valuable background in this context is my training as a Hakomi therapist, the basic principles of which I also pass on in my coaching sessions.
