5P Germany with a new captain: Sylvia Enders takes over on July 1

On July 1, Sylvia Enders will take over as head of 5P Germany. The experienced change and leadership expert succeeds Thomas Winkler, who will be devoting himself entirely to his HealthTech start-up “sleep²” from now on.

A breath of fresh air with a familiar face: new management for 5P Germany

In Sylvia Enders, 5P Germany is gaining a leader who already knows the company and its customers very well. As an executive consultant and partner, she has been part of 5P for three years and has since supported executives from numerous international companies – including John Deere and Continental – through change processes.

“Transformation succeeds when you approach complexity with courage and a solution-oriented mindset. That's exactly what drives me,” says the Austrian native, who has lived in the Frankfurt area for many years. “Now, strategically developing the 5P Germany team and setting a new course together is a logical and exciting next step for me.”

A grateful farewell – Thomas Winkler focuses on Sleep²

Thomas Winkler, former head of 5P Germany, is leaving the company at the end of June to devote himself fully to his second great passion: the sleep app “sleep²,” which he has been co-developing since 2020.

“The decision was not an easy one for me,” says the doctor of psychology and sports scientist. “I look back with gratitude on intense and fulfilling years at 5P; it has been an exciting time! I wish Sylvia and the entire team much success and momentum for the future.”
