I am strongly driven to make organizational complexity and the means of adaptation understood for those business leaders, who take responsability in creating strategy, structure, and operation. Organization development, agile coaching, change management and training are all means of that end.
Since 2002 I have gained experience in multiple industries (tourism, real estate, marketing, IT). I participated in different fields of operation and took on several managerial roles. I spent the most of my managing projects, change processes, teams and people.
I work in OD and development projects since 2014. My strengths are startegic thinking, a developmental aproach and strong communication skills. I combine these with my experience and focus on achieving tangible results early that establishes trust and a strong fundament for further development, learning and cooperation.
