The Hungarian team of 5P Consulting is looking for senior consultants, trainers, coaches, and organizational development professionals.

At the moment, we are expanding our professional activities in several directions:

• If you are a senior coach, trainer, or sparring partner who confidently works with senior executives, feels at home in a consulting role, and can independently lead organizational development processes, we would be particularly interested in getting to know you.
• We also welcome experienced project managers who have gained their expertise in real corporate environments, are familiar with both agile and waterfall methodologies, and can transfer this knowledge in an engaging, teachable way at both basic and advanced levels.
• In addition, we are open to collaborating with senior sales professionals, especially those who have developed their expertise in complex, consultative sales environments—for example in pharma or other B2B sectors—who understand the psychological depth of sales, are familiar with negotiation techniques, and are able to teach these as well.

An advantage is the ability to work confidently in English and deliver training in English.

5P Consulting is an international organizational development and consulting company with more than 20 years of experience, with locations in Budapest, Vienna, and Munich (Switzerland is the next step).

The Hungarian company was founded in 2015 under the name in-Depth SOULutions, and since 2023 we have been part of the international 5P team.
There are opportunities for knowledge sharing with Austrian and German colleagues, and you can also participate in the modules of the 5P Academy, where you can develop yourself in various topics in German and English, through both in-person sessions (in Budapest or Vienna) and online programs.
